Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
15 pieces only, so you can try us out without hesitation and place a larger order later. You can mix as many different designs as you like to reach it — there is no minimum per design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide through our shipping partners, including to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, New Zealand, Singapore and everywhere else. Freight depends on the weight and volume of the parcel and is charged on actuals. Customs clearance, documentation and any duties are handled at your end. Pickups can also be arranged from our warehouse for clients with their own agents and shippers.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Designs held in stock are dispatched within 2 days. Made-to-order pieces take up to 2 weeks depending on quantity and finish.
Can I order for my own wedding rather than for a business?
Yes. A lot of our customers are families buying potlis and clutches as return gifts for their own weddings, or as gifts for bridesmaids. The same wholesale prices apply from 15 pieces.
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
We manufacture. Our pieces are made by our own karigars in India.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Message us on WhatsApp and we send the full catalogue with prices, photographs and live stock. We keep wholesale pricing off the public site so our retail customers and our stockists are not looking at the same numbers.
What materials do you work with?
Mother of pearl inlay, resin, hand-finished brass, kundan, pearl, raw silk, velvet and hand embroidery.
Can I order a large quantity of a single design?
Yes. Tell us the design and quantity and we will confirm the lead time. Larger single-design runs are usually made to order and take up to 2 weeks.
Do you supply for weddings and return gifts?
Yes, absolutely. Clutches and potlis are our most requested pieces for wedding favours, trousseau packing and return gifts, whether you are an event planner or buying for your own family's wedding.
